What would you change/what would you do?
Bad question because it's a matter of opinion and it doesn't lead to constructive criticism.
Be more specific and you'll get better feedback.
Critique Feedback:
Strengths: Hover idea is good, relevant for the audience and interesting, maybe colour isn't the best idea for animation as when you first come on to the side it will all be black & white.
Scamp 4 is our favourite, we like the flag and sign idea.
Illustrations work well with the theme and content.
Area's for improvement: The name 'circus life' could be misleading as the content included doesn't relate to this.
Once you click on a navigation icon, how do you get back? Navigation bar might be needed.
Considerations: Regarding question 1, perhaps include information about animals on the history page.
Using a grid might make constructing our website easier.
I agree with most of the feedback I received in today's critique. I am more confident in using the illustrations for the final design however I plan to draw up a more finalised scamp using a grid system and perhaps consider having a navigation bar at the top.
