I think the idea that would work best would be the letter set. The overall workload could be expanded by designing four different headed papers: Christmas Cakes, Easter Cakes, Valentines and Birthday Cakes.

I think that it is important that the letter set I'm designing is aesthetically pleasing, eye-catching to shoppers but also minimal enough for it to stretch to a wider target audience and function properly as paper for actually writing on.
